The Importance of Connecting With Your Body
I love this because it highlights the importance of, how do I say it? So many people aren't actually, haven't been used to really using their bodies in a while. Whether it's yoga or even just doing an exercise like this, it's actually getting us to just connect again with our bodies. There's a real benefit to that. And so many people, especially as they get older, they start to lose some of those activities that we do that connect us to our bodies, start to fall off.
