The first fireman race was 78. I went over there in 19 80 and won that first year. But i always came over there to race. And even in 80, it wasn't likeo i just want to finish this thing. I hope i survive. That was the race that i wanted to race. If i fell apart at six hours, well, then maybe need planned my strategy different. So when i raced, i went to ironman and and that was, that was the grand daddy. It was a four swim, an hundred, 30 k bike and 30 k run. Nriceen the gold coast on a ah, closer to what nice was. Back in 89.
