The Importance of Value Creation

For me, innovation is about creating better value for the people we serve. And that's the heart of it. Sometimes you also can't tell how radical value creation is. One of my favorite examples here is wheels on luggage. It may well be significant, even if it's not significant to the tune of millions of dollars and organization-wide influence.
