The Challenges of Holding Multiple Products
Do you think there's a sweet sponge where if the customer holds, let's say, three products, but have you any sense of where that stickiness really kicks in from a banking perspective? I know it's a tough one. Not at the top of my head. But fundamentally, the positioning is sufficiently broad. So something that says the more products you hold with us and the better you manage them and the longer you have them with us, the more we'll reward you.
