I would often have to eat a 10am walk with a friend on Saturday mornings. This meant that I wasn't going to bed super late on Friday because I wanted to be awake when I saw her. There's this really interesting side effect where it actually seems as though the more we engage in moderate exercise a few times a week, actually this might have a huge impact on our ability to learn and remember what we want to for exams. So there are some real big wins if we can get out and about and get moving on them.
