i generally like to work out fasted, but sometimes i'll try to titrate up my carbon take before workout. And so it's all about kind of personal perimentation. I'm not concerned about glucos spikes or anything like that. Im it for me, it's important to use carbohydrates to support my, my activity levels. So kind of just was like, filling your plate with healthy foods.
