The Importance of Rigidity in the Lower Foot in Plyometrics
The one thing that was really apparent was the lack of rigidity within the lower foot. So we started incorporating this in all their plyometrics and we started using it with trap bar poles. We didn't necessarily use it very much with any of the squatting, even though we have for some little bit. Well, kettlebell swings. Yeah. It's a daily assessment, especially I like it for field court, sport athletes because I can tell an imbalance between right and left. What a calfs are tight, what hamstrings are tight, how did my training affect their ability to get into a good neutral position? And then adjust accordingly.
