The Importance of Running Due Diligence and Surprises
A lot of the finance things that would surprise you, I think finance has gotten pretty good at figuring out what those are. But people stuff is, again, somebody would have to say something for you to necessarily know if there was some sort of hidden issue there. That could mean that the seller is stuffing the channel to make their revenue number look better. It's illegal to do that, but it's not accounting practice. So maybe that's why they don't do it.
