Natural Wine - What's Up With Them?
In Paris and Copenhagen, the natural wine thing was starting to move into full swing. You haven't been in that scene in either place. And I really felt like what I was seeing in Copenhagen at the time was a bit of a turn off for me. It's been very moderated there too now. But at the time it was very dogmatic. If you list 100 natural wines and one conventionally made wine, you're no longer in our crowd.
