Bands are a great tool and I think that they're like an easy tool to get your hands on right there. A lot of it seems to be glute focused. There's various exercises that we do in the facility to help, you know, to work on strengthening the glutes. It's just to stop the scrolling. But if your goal is to maximize your hip thruster, well, then take the band off and just focus on hip extension.
