How to Tell if You Have a Hand Injury

First thing is if they can do general movements, pain free. And then I like to look at strength measures, objective measures like hand group dynamometer and straight away. That's one of my strongest tools, in fact, in boxing published an ice article around that which helps to guide straight away whether the injury is as bad or not. If somebody tells you when I start hitting, it's painful and it doesn't change or it gets worse, starting a more potentially mechanical more the joint. My tell you it's a bit more tendon down the road. So I think similar things which you'd find in other joints and even in non-porting environments, but listen to that subjective information.
