So can the circadian rhythm be trained or would it follow your natural course of your body? So it can be trained. It can be influenced by, you know, so waking up at the same time every single day and getting light exposure in the morning are ways to train it. But if our natural clocronotype is night owl, when we stop doing all of those lifestyle things, our body is going to revert right back to that night owl. And either we work with it or if we're forced to have to deal with it.
