If you can articulate the story behind your financial growth, I think that's a win. Most buyers will take that into account. They'll do their own forecasting, by the way, but they will take into account what you've already had as your assumptions. Is the buyer going to let you see their forecast? No, why not? That's a short answer. If they valued your company much higher than what you value your company for, why would they want to tell you that? Or if they valuedyour company less than what you think it is, they don't want to show you the numbers.
