Are You Missing That Lift?

The best way to get really good at something isn't just to do that one thing all the time. It's generally to do close variations of that, er, close to moderate variations of that one thing pretty frequently. And i think by rotating exercises, at least to some extent, with some regularity, that does help build up the he generalized skill of squatting, benching, deadlifting and so on.
