Do Less Than You Think You Need to Taper

There's no perfect way to taper, and even if there was, you're not going to be able to execute it perfectly. The most common error among runners with tapers is that they do too much in the taper because they're worried that they're losing something. So I would say do less than you think you need to. And don't go down the rabbit hole and get to work out about it.
