But it was a good opportunity for me to take a look and I would be very curious to compare my screen time to a couple years ago to now because I haven't. The pendulum is swinging back. I want to be back on it and not be afraid of it. She says her athletes are spending less time on social media as they spend less time training. "There's nothing better than doing just a social media holiday to break just like you do maybe a sugar holiday"
