Because if you if you spend any time going out looking at this, there's just so much so much data on fatigue. So that's the one that I end up hearing a lot or I don't know a lot but quite ultimately. There are some maximal volunteer isometric studies that do look at very long like higher reps or very long sustained contractions at low force.
