The Difference Between a Traditional Company and a Hyperscale Company
In larger companies, in many cases, the sourcing and deal team will be separate from the PM. That's not the key. It's going to be soup to nuts. The support is needed. And again, it's because you need to remember they're so stretched in terms of the work capacity. Sometimes it will just fall through the cracks. A large company structure this way might be a difference, might not be. But, and holding and helping execute some of the items is still the case in the early stage. They'll pay a functional lead. You own it. You do it.
