If your sales team is against the win loss interviews, I would say there's probably something more toxic laying under behind the scenes. And sometimes in a company that doesn't have a growth mindset that isn't humble about like learning and growing, they are protective of that. They're honestly just scared of like, people are going to realize I'm bad. It comes back to marketers too. Like if you get feedback in there that you almost killed somebody's dog with your brownies, like everybody's going to be like, oh, you're dumb with marketing.
