So avoiding the things that might be failures and pulling out of things in your life is actually the maintaining factor that's the cause and then there's maintaining your anxiety. addressing that is going to have a great impact on your anxiety. And the other thing that perfectionists do, and I know because I have a recovering perfectionist is setting like trying to change these things perfectly.
