The Importance of Awareness in Running
The last race of the season is always a big relief. Looking forward to going in off season after a full year of intense training. It's also true that physically and mentally we may need different things. What I find is that sometimes we recover. Physically, we recover quickly then mentally and sometimes it's even the opposite so it's important to pay attention to those processes.
