The Importance of Daily Meditation
Researchers found that on days where people practice meditation, they did tend to experience more positive emotions and greater mindful awareness during the hours following those practice sessions. So this is a really compelling finding and it really does suggest that daily practice matters. And we have some pretty compelling research data supporting the idea that we should practice meditation every day in order to benefit.
