How to Increase Endurance Volume to Increase Strength
I think that just doing volume is really important for me at least the way that my physiology is like I do a lot of VO2 work and then getting kind of that slow twitch muscle muscle fibers getting that work in without compromising my sprint and VO2 work is really important. The best way to do that is just those big endurance rides and then yeah with threshold stuff I have a lot of heart but I definitely struggle more to just sustain power for a long time. If you're trying to increase 20 minute power do you go like longer than 20 do you keep it at 20 shorter maybe just dive into that a little bit for people who are curious about your training methods.
