The Evolution of Ketogenic Diets
There's been this kind of evolution over time of the way we talked about ketogenic diets. Not too long ago, I would have been relatively anti-keto. But interestingly enough, there's been like three studies in last year that have looked at attempts at keto gaining. The carbohydrates around lifting is very important. It will positively affect your performance if you're not slamming a banana or some sort of sugary drink,. You're not optimizing your training because that sugar that you use or those carbohydrates will help in quotations feel your workout.
