The Importance of Patience in Habit Change

Perfectionism problem. The habit change research has made this abundantly clear that like, I need to be perfect, it just doesn't work. So there's all kinds of ways to get around the things called the two day rule and don't miss twice for what I feel are gonna work out street going. If you can understand that you're making changes there to this wiring even before you see those changes on the outside, a lot of the problems go away. You just have to have more patience. It's hard cause it's tempting whenever I wanna change, I want that result right away. But probably a learning that doesn't work very well.
