The Biggest Obstacle for Teachers

I think the big hurdle we've got for teachers is this, you know, we've got so much curriculum to deliver. And i keep trying to convince people, if you reduce the curriculum, make sure that that curriculum that you're delivering sticks as well as you can. What you find out in week three, five the conversations are vastly, vastly different because the kids are coming to those conversations with a much stronger, more complex, interconnected schemer than beforehand.
