The Mechanisms of Inflammation
Most chronic diseases are a result of inflammation, which is caused by what you eat. Eat whole foods and avoid sugar because those are the things that are going to inflame you both all the processing agents and things that go into the foods. The way the processing can change the molecular structure makes your cells more rigid than they would be if it weren't for trans fat or gluten protein. So as the immune system overreacts and is doing what it's supposed to be doing, it's creating this high level of inflammation in your body.
