For some people, getting to the gym is ridiculously easy. We need to take those behaviors and organize them into a scale from easiest to hardest for us to complete. And thereare a number of things we can do to get this information. One that i love that a a friend of mine who's also consulting me on some stuff with the ap. She's a a ph d in behavior psychology.
