If we get ample amounts of sleep throughout the night, there's actually a period where all of us will wake up. It's just most of us don't remember it. For the person with e d h d, it's almost like they wake up and they're it. And then their mind can start being eracing and finding it difficult to fall asleep. Also is another thing too, and this is something to talk with the doctor about, is that sometimes it might be useful to push bedtime a little bit laterSometimes going to bed earlier but you sometimes have to play around with that to see if it makes a difference.
