The main change that happened when you got diagnosed was you accepted yourself. You got rid of the DMN negative voices. It was, it was the recognition that I wasn't broken. And there wasn't something badly wrong with me. People underestimate the power of what you just said. They drill down on medication or executive function. And they forget all the other stuff you're talking about, which is really more powerful to talk about.
