As the athlete now trains you have to remember that all those sessions also put if you have an extensive view to max session or an extensive extensive threshold session. You can also say well we are having two sessions a week where we are targeting if his five minute or his five minute all out speed for example. A small volume of that during a week will probably put a very small fatigue into the body but if you have like really tough big sessions with a lot of intervals and sets then of course that's going to put a fatigue in the body.
