The first one would be the transverse twist. That's a very dangerous movement if it's not properly executed. In terms of loading the slings from the ground up and the top down, I discuss all that stuff on the videos. It doesn't appear like that difficult until you actually get in there and play with them a little bit. Then you're like, okay, this seems to be a little more challenging than when I was anticipating. But definitely not that exercise. Not quite yet.
