How to Optimize Technique for Beginners

For more novice lifters, one of the things I'll try and do is optimize their technique. So it's not just that there's squats improved, but their ability to maintain a high level of output for a single arm dumbbell row or a French press. A lot of the times technique is driven by movement competency. But then there's also a fair degree of like a therapy portion of the time where their ability to execute is actually limited by a muscular weakness. And so I'll usually start with exercise selection based on what I think their needs are.
