How to Prevent Overuse Injuries on the Bike

Bike fitting is a big area. It's something that I've always been really interested in as obviously a sports physio working in endurance sports with triathletes a lot. A lot of athletes experience in kneecap pain associated with their cycling will do better with a shorter crank length. So you definitely want a good bike fitter as part of your team. And this is a common theme across swim bike run injuries, Michael, but you need to be conditioned for the task.
