How to Train for a Metcon

In the intermediate path, we remove the skills from your conditioning so that when you are doing conditioning, you can actually train your conditioning without being bottlenecked. But then we're still working on developing the skill and either going from zero to one or going from one to ten or whatever you want. We're just building our volume of those movements. And for those who don't have ring muscle ups, we always have our got-none progressions running this throughout the whole year.
