The Fascia System Is Interconnected and Fluid
Fascia emerges in embryonic development earlier than this at about two weeks. Researchers suggest that muscles, bones and organs may be specializations within the unified medium of fascia. Everything in the fascia system is interconnected and fluid and you can feel this when you breathe. All of these suggestions don't cover strength training or aerobic training, you need that too of course. This is fascia specific.
