If you're going to launch a business, i'd recommend that you do open scope and charge eitherke, probably hourly, or on some type of recurring retainer. You don't have to worry about drawing side of the lines of a certain scope at the beginning. When i started, i charged a hundred couple of people got a deal. But when i did it like that means for some companies that i had a five thousand dollar retainer with i'd 50 hours of work that i did for them. And what youare actually looking for is, where is there, where's there a gap in the market?
