Walking Is a Great Way to Connect

Carolyne: I think walking has helped me slow down, and i do feel more connected to the world around me. What i love about jonathan's book and work is his ability to push me to open up to more ideas via the sort of through line that walking provides. We all have this common thing that was one of the defining characteristics of our actually becoming human. And sometimes, especially these days, when so much divides us, it seems like walking can be something that pulls us together.
