CRISPR Knockout and Assay for TLR8

I don't believe this to the innate TLR. I don't think there's a good antagonist for TLR8 and of course, it's not really expressed to the surface so you can't block it easily. So you'd have to do a CRISPR knockout and then assay. It's very hard. It's doable, but it's not a trivial experiment.
