What Is It That Changes Your Mind?
In crisis people want to talk about changing their mind rather than being persuaded. This seems to be common in what we can see in, you know, somebody who has said no to a sales process, but then says yes. And i think it also has a sense of, not weakness, if you like, but it's a base saving sort of thing. I'm change my mind because i have decided to do that, because i am a rational human being.
