Matt Abrahams: What are the first three ingredients that go into a successful communication recipe? He says it comes down to choosing good topics, asking good questions and finding moments of levity. In the latest episode of Think Fast, Talk Smart, Wood Brooks covers conversation strategies for active listening, turning anxiety into excitement, and knowing when it’s time to change the subject.
