Ike: It's basically the same thing, just tepends on how you define it. I think i call it reps to failure, reps in reserve. You technically also need to standardize the rest interval. But my experience is that if you tell people to rest until they feel recover to perform maximully again, then it's a consistent enough like people. They do tend to rest longer as they get fatigued later to the end of the workout.
