12 weeks is a long time. As far as like habits that last, it takes at least a month. If you're going to introduce something three to four, really create a new habit and have it stick. I think volume wise, if you're training five hours a week, volumes probably not necessarily the big stress are there. It's probably more intensity. And so finding the most important thing is recognizing these symptoms just through training logs or just how you feel and not risking it. That's huge. Yeah. Hinease. Insulin like like growth factor improve, you know, the creatine kinase, but yeah, sea reactive protein wasn't one of the markers that was indicated
