Is Exercise Needed for Weight Loss?

Exercise by itself is not a very good weight lustful. And even exercise along with diet changes, exercise doesn't add a whole lot to the weight lost. If we want to move the number on the bathroom scale, and if we want to get fat loss to happen, then that has to be a diet,. But i think sometimes my work gets sort of mischaracterized as saying that exercise isn't important. I think that's not what i ever said. Exercise is superimportant.
