MBIs are seen as from a cash flow point of view. They're seen as risky because if, if it's unsecured and they have no assets to lean on in case the business suddenly goes under. Often the ones that are less asset intensive or the easier ones to run will be more difficult to finance. So you could argue if you're going to go down the street looking at kind of more asset heavy businesses, maybe one, one route you want to take is an MBI.
