You Should Throw Goals Away, Because Goals Don't Work

I've heard very smart people just say, goals don't work. I'll tell you the problem, you can be too smart. None of us are above the game. We have a certain amount of time in which we can get a grip on ourselves and actually make something of ourselves. But nobody really, really understands what yhou over all game is. There's ways of thinking about the game, inside the game, that make feel successful, make you happy. And there are ways of thinking that make you successful, but very unhappy.
