Is Mutually Sure Destroyment Really Dangerous?
The idea of "mutually sure destruction" is dangerous in the cyber world, he says. In nuclear weapons you have to have fissile material and a laptop; there's no such barrier for cyber tools. Cyber attacks can be easily discovered by other countries that may then use them against U.S. systems or target its own people with retrofitted software.
