What's the Right Habit?
Ned: You can get some value from this just in terms of general ttitude, especially in reference to the detractor. Whether or not you say you promote something isn't a great predictor of actually doing the action. What you need to find out is what te most impactful habits are for the largest group of people. And so that's when we come up with the three habits of a programme, or the three behaviors that we want people to practise. That's based on research, ecause those are going to be the habits that are going to have the biggest impact on the results that you're trying to achieve.
