Selling is basically just being able to transfer your enthusiasm for a product or service into somebody else. You'd be surprised how often you can switch that relationship around. I never categorically view a relationship as finished, even if it ends on a sour note. There's such a lost potential value where time has passed and something may have happened five, 10 years ago. The biggest secrets in the world of communication are probably selling people what they feel about another person. They get there quicker than we do.
