The Importance of Mental Accessibility in the Economic Downturn
Marketing expert Peter Field says the economic downturn is a good time to think about behavioural strategies. He argues that repeated constant presence will generate warmth for your brand regardless of what you tell people. The more people have seen an image, the greater warmth they have - so familiarity breeds contentment rather than contempt. But he warns against going dark in order to achieve this effect.
